COMPLETE THE LOOK

A tribute to one of the most important eras in Palestinian football history, this jersey revives the spirit of the national team’s early international years, when Palestine stepped back onto the world stage after decades of political exclusion.

Inspired by the kits worn by players like Hajjaj during Palestine’s 1999 Pan-Arab Games campaign in Jordan, this piece carries the memory of a team that played for more than the scoreline. At that tournament, Palestine earned one of its most meaningful early results, including a 1–0 victory over Qatar Olympic, with Hajjaj listed as the scorer, and another 1–0 win over the United Arab Emirates. Palestine went on to finish third, still remembered as one of the national team’s strongest Arab Games performances.

The jersey itself is built with a classic long-sleeve football silhouette: a crisp white body, bold red sleeves, deep green paneling, and a black fold-over collar that echoes the colors of the Palestinian flag. The front features a vintage “Palestine” tackle-twilled across the center, the Bedawi mark embroidered at the chest, a centered number 7, and a heritage-inspired crest that gives the piece the feel of a match-worn archive jersey. On the back, the oversized black 7 stands alone, finished with the Bedawi logo on the base of the number.

More than a football shirt, this is a reminder of a generation that carried Palestine onto international pitches without ever being allowed the normal conditions of a national team. To wear it is to honor the players, the history, and the people they represented.

To remember is to resist. Viva Palestina.
