Shipping Policy


Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless unexpected delays are communicated. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will gladly assist in filing claims or locating your shipment when possible.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery is completed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot modify addresses once an order has been placed.


International Shipping

The shipping amount paid at checkout covers transportation only, while customs fees are determined separately by your country’s import regulations and the carrier handling clearance.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if your item is returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

To start an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for exchange. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

International Exchanges

Orders that are shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales for international orders are considered final.
